Processing your order

· Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order before goods ship.

Shipping time

· NSW, ACT, QLD & VIC: 1-2 working days (shipping).

· SA, WA, TAS & NT: 2-3 working days (shipping).

· Overseas orders: 7-21 days via normal Air Services

Out of stock/backorders

· All core items are normally available for shipping within 48 hours, any non-stock items that are placed on backorder will ship when available at no additional shipping cost.

Free-On-Board (FOB) Orders

· If you would like us to ship orders to you using your nominated freight sub-contractor please quote the freight company’s ‘NAME’, your ‘ACCOUNT NUMBER’ and the specified method of transport to be ticked on the freight company’s consignment docket if required (e.g. Road, Air, Overnight or Express). We will then arrange with your freight sub-contractor to collect the goods when your order is ready to be dispatched with no freight charge.

Shipping cost

· A small packaging, handling & delivery fee is charged on all orders except FOB orders or special FIS (Free Into Store) offers. For more details contact us on info@bacto.com.au

Customs & Duties for overseas shipments

· Packing and handling costs do not cover destination customs charges, duties or taxes.

Responsibility

· The customer personally takes full responsibility for the product(s) that they select to purchase. If importing/owning any products purchased from Bacto Laboratories Pty Ltd is illegal in any country or part of country, Bacto Laboratories Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility to verify the legitimacy or legality of the order before accepting it. We will not reimburse the customer should any products be kept or destroyed by local authorities.
